Existing subscribers

Dono dal Cielo may transfer subscribers from its prior text notification service only when a subscriber previously gave explicit consent to receive Dono dal Cielo text messages and the related consent record is retained. Purchased, rented, scraped, shared, or undocumented lists are not enrolled.

Consent records document the signup source and available proof, such as the prior Dono dal Cielo website form submission and associated consent record. Existing subscribers keep the same STOP and HELP rights described above.
