OUR CHEF PARTNER
Chef Stephan Redmond’s love for pizza started early growing up in his parents’ pizzeria, where he learned every part of the craft from the ground up. From washing dishes and prepping ingredients to mastering every station in the kitchen, pizza has always been at the heart of his culinary journey.
While Chef Stephan explored other culinary paths and attended culinary school, pizza remained his true passion. Today, that lifelong dedication shows in every dish he serves.
Now as our in-house chef partner, Stephan brings experience, creativity, and genuine love for the craft to Dono dal Cielo.
