Late harvest zinfandel, fortified and three years barrel aged. Jewel tones of ruby and dried black cherry aromas. Soft rose and warm currant. Silky, rich and sexy. ABV 26.8% (375 ml. bottle)
One of the best combinations of a ruby port with food is pairing it with chocolate, especially dark chocolate truffles or rich raspberry cheesecake and surprisingly Roquefort cheese on a crostini. An amazing after dinner wine. For all of the men out there it pairs perfectly with a dark Maduro cigar.
